Patriotic Trifle

 INGREDIENTS

    * 1 1/2 cups cold fat free milk
    * 1 pkg. (4 serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling
    * 1 (8 ounce) tub COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
    * 1 (13 ounce) package angel food cake, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    * 1 pint strawberries, sliced
    * 1 cup blueberries

DIRECTIONS


   1. Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
   2. Place 1/2 of the cake cubes in large serving bowl; top with 1 cup of the strawberries and 1/2 cup of the blueberries. Spread pudding mixture over fruit; cover with remaining cake cubes and fruit. Top with remaining 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
   3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

250 gm potatoes
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp kalonji
½ tsp all spice powder
4 cups water
1 inch ginger, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp salt
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

6 spring onions, cut into strips
8tbsp carrots, cut into strips
12 oz boneless beef cut into strips
2tbsp oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 inch piece ginger, peeled and finely chopped
5 cups beef stock
3tbsp Soya sauce
75g/3oz egg noodles
75g/3oz spinach, shredded

200 gms biscuits/ plain cake/chocolate cake crumbs (as per preference)
500 gms fresh cream
250 gms icing sugar
300 gms cream cheese (unsalted)
3 egg whites
1 ½ tbsp gelatine (dissolved in water)

Topping

Whipped cream

750 ml fresh, boiled milk at room temperature
2 dozen large, good quality soft dates
50 gm coconut cream powder
1/2 cup sugar (or as per taste)
For garnish
3 - 4 tbsp. almonds and pistachios slivered or crushed
4 - 6 washed, slit, deseeded dates
